Site Manager

Site Manager (Civils) – District Heating (London) - up to £330 per day

I’m currently working with a fast-growing contractor in the UK’s district heating sector who are looking to appoint a Site Manager for an upcoming project in London.

The business operates as a Principal Contractor, delivering high-spec district heating infrastructure projects across the UK, combining civil and mechanical engineering expertise in a rapidly expanding heat network industry.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, to quality standards and with strong commercial performance.

You’ll lead site teams, coordinate specialist subcontractors, maintain construction programmes, ensure CDM and HSE compliance, and work closely with the client and commercial team through to project completion and handover.

• Minimum 3 years’ construction experience
• Experience with Civils projects
• CSCS Manager Card & SMSTS
• Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision
