Senior Sales Manager (EU) – Drone & Wireless Systems
🌍 Remote within the EU with circa 30% travel expectation
A fast-growing wireless technology company is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the European drone and unmanned systems market.
We're looking for a proven sales leader who thrives on winning complex OEM deals and building long-term partnerships.
You’ll own the full commercial lifecycle for priority accounts, driving new client acquisition and expansion across platforms and programs. Working closely with sales, engineering and product teams, you’ll help embed advanced wireless solutions into next-generation airborne and robotic systems.
What you’ll do as a Senior Sales Manager:
- Win new drone OEM customers and drive system integrations
- Own and grow high-value strategic accounts end-to-end
- Lead executive-level relationships and commercial negotiations
- Drive opportunities from the first engagement through production scale
- Build and manage a high-quality, forecastable pipeline
- Act as commercial owner for complex, multi-stakeholder deals
What we’re looking for in a Senior Sales Manager:
- B2B hardware sales experience in the drone/UAS industries
- A strong track record of closing complex OEM and platform deals
- Familiarity with direct OEM sales models
- Confidence in owning large, technical opportunities independently
