Sales Engineer – Wireless communications - Remote EU, up to 50% travel
An innovative wireless technology company is seeking a Sales Engineer to play a hands-on role at the heart of their next-generation technology for unmanned systems.
You will be at the intersection of customer success, field engineering, and mission execution—guiding leading OEMs from first technical evaluation through field testing and real-world deployment.
As a Sales Engineer, you will own customer-facing engineering engagements, solve complex RF and networking challenges, and ensure reliable, high-performance communications in demanding environments.
What you’ll do as a Sales Engineer:

Lead active customer integrations

Drive successful radio design-ins

Troubleshoot RF technology, including propagation, antennas, link budgets, EMI/EMC and more.

Work closely with internal teams to accelerate success

Travel to lead technical workshops, demos, and field activities

Support field deployments, testing, and validation
What success looks like as a Sales Engineer:

High technical win rates across customer integration programs

Reliable, repeatable field performance across customer projects

Supporting expansion into additional platforms, programs, and deployments

Recognition as a trusted technical advisor by key stakeholders
What we’re looking for in a Sales Engineer:

Prior experience in Sales Engineering, Field Applications, or customer-facing integration roles

Strong hands-on experience with RF systems, antennas, and wireless networking

Experience integrating radios into complex products

Comfortable working in the field, solving real-world engineering challenges

Strong communication skills and a high-ownership mindset
