What you'll do:
- Drive international B2B sales of advanced laser & PIC technologies
- Identify new business opportunities and manage customer relationships
- Create technical sales collateral (datasheets, decks, app notes)
- Represent the company at global conferences and trade shows
- Conduct market research and track KPIs in CRM
- Support customers with technical queries and tailored solutions
- Experience in tech sales
- Fluent in English (C1) and solid German (B1+)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with international travel
