A leading semiconductor company seeking to become the first choice partner for companies to collaborate and innovate with is seeking a MMIC Engineer to join their team.
As a MMIC Engineer, you will join a design team focused on delivering state-of-the-art RF compound semiconductor technologies. You will have responsibilities across design, development, testing, and working with internal and external clients.
Essential experience:
- RF and mmWave design
- MMIC design
- RF Testing
- EM simulation
- Prior experience with GaN and GaAs
- ADS or Microwave office
- Tape-out experience
