Are you a customer service professional who loves helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional experiences?
Our client — a fast-growing leader in low-carbon district heating and sustainable energy systems — is looking for a Customer Services Specialist to support customers, resolve enquiries, and help improve service processes across a rapidly expanding energy network.
You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of the business — handling queries, troubleshooting issues, supporting billing investigations, and helping to shape customer communications and service improvements.
What you’ll bring
✅ Customer Service experience (call centre or helpdesk background ideal)
✅ Excellent phone & email communication skills
✅ Confident handling complaints with empathy and fairness
✅ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
✅ Ability to work across multiple systems and manage information accurately
✅ A proactive problem-solver with a positive, customer-focused attitude
✅ Comfortable working with customers, internal teams, and engineers
What you’ll do
�55357;�56542; Answer incoming enquiries and deliver exceptional customer outcomes
�55357;�56589; Investigate billing issues, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
